What sort of people fit in at GPK Group? We all come from different backgrounds, however there are some common traits that help us become a more effective team. We are self-sufficient and do not need to be closely guided, monitored or micromanaged. We know what needs to be done for our clients, we set our objectives, we communicate them to manage expectations for all stakeholders and we get on with it.
This may sound like we’re a pack of lone wolves, however we’re not. We thrive on working collaboratively, particularly when we’re working on complex challenges. We bring order to complexity and prioritise what needs to be done but we’re not authoritarian. We are self-aware and always want to contribute and continually improve ourselves, our customers and our company.
Although our individual opinions and expertise are important we know others can have divergent views that challenge our own. This openness means we’re not afraid to ask for help when we don’t know the answer. There is no room for prima donnas at GPK Group.
